613 Build Group was founded on a simple belief: clients deserve a contractor who answers the phone, owns the schedule, and finishes what they start.

We grew up on job sites across the tri-state. We've seen how the industry treats projects as transactions and clients as obstacles. We built 613 as the alternative — a tight team that takes on fewer projects so each one gets the attention it deserves.

Today, we run commercial renovations and light construction projects across the tri-state region — from senior living facility refreshes to retail tenant build-outs. Every project gets a hands-on general manager, a clean job site, and a finish quality we'd be proud to put our logo on.
